About 512 Bed and Breakfast

The 5 Twelve Bed and Breakfast is tucked away between the Oxford Square and the Ole Miss campus. Formerly the Oliver-Britt House, The 5 Twelve offers the quaint architecture of the old South. Once you step inside you will be greeted by a world where Southern charm meets modern comfort and elegance.

The 5 Twelve was built in 1905. Dr. William S. Guyton used the Greek Revival House for his Eye Clinic in the 1920’s. It remained a clinic until 1982, when it was sold and became known as The Oliver- Britt House & Tea Room. The house underwent renovations in 2008, and continues to have the charm and character of the south with modern conveniences and contemporary furnishings. This house has hosted visitors from around the world and it would please us to have you add your name to our guest registry in the lobby.
