About Ruffino's Italian Restaurant
Located within the remodeled Railroad Depot in Liberal, KS, we boast over 2,900 square feet in one of the most history-filled areas of Southwest Kansas. Our doors opened officially on July 4th, 2009. Since then, we have proudly served well over 110,000 Italian entrees and over 15,000 rich and memorable desserts. Our staff is composed of well-trained members all dedicated to making your experience at Ruffino's worthy of earning your future visits. We are capable of accomodating couples to a romantic evening, have adequate seating for business meetings, and reserve the East Room for large gatherings such as birthday parties, anniversaries, wedding rehearsal dinners, and other family events.
