Promote the education and interest of the members in the breeding, care, use, handling and development of horses and horsemanship.
Encouraging good sportsmanship and proper conduct among horsemen and horsewomen and to foster good fellowship among all persons interested in horses.
Encouraging proper and humane handling and care of horses and to prevent cruelty to animals.
Engaging in such other or kindred activities and to do all things as are incidental or advantageous to the purpose aforementioned and to the conduct of the objects of this corporation.
