The beef is from Wichita-based Sterling Silver, and is hand-cut daily (trimmings are ground into meat for world-class burgers)
The award is just the latest in a growing list of achievements for the legendary steakhouse, which is celebrating it's 75th anniversary this year.
The accomplishment comes on the heels of Jess and Jims' recognition by Travel and Leisure Magazine on their list of top U.S. steakhouses.
