The restaurant also boasts chicken fried steaks, the size of your face, smothered with jalapeno cream gravy. The atmosphere includes floor to ceiling windows that overlook the Mariah Hills golf course. We specialize in traditional cuisine with a modern twist by Chef Ryan Emery.
Prime on the Nine has seating for 140 people with a trained wait staff, ready to serve you. Emery prides himself on offering great tasting food with service you expect.
