Established in 1857, the Hays House Restaurant is the oldest continuously operating restaurant west of the Mississippi River.
pen 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Reservations appreciated but not required. Main dining seating available as well as evening seating in the Hays Tavern upstairs. Private dining rooms available by reservation for large groups, business meetings and special occasions and events. Catering available.
