At the Hog we use 100 % real food and scratch cook most all items on the menu.
Low & slow! We use bone in pork butt for our delicious & juicy pulled pork with our special butt rub. Our spare ribs and baby back ribs are cooked long hours with our special rub to make them Tender & Juicy.
We cook low & slow with hickory wood, 18-20 hours for brisket and 14-16 hours for pork.
