B-Fit was created to give people an opportunity to better their overall well being through physical training. Kids and adults, both young and old can change their bodies physically and create a better life for themselves today and for the future.
All CrossFit Coaches are L1 certified CrossFit coaches or are in our developmental program and are planning to get their L1 certificate. Our staff is excited that you are interested in CrossFit and look forward to have you! We look forward to creating the fittest people on Earth right here in Northwest Missouri!
