At 3 Stacks, we make everything in house, from our rubs and barbecue sauce to our homemade bread and biscuits, fresh squeezed lemonade, and all of our delicious sides. 3 Stacks serves meats by the half pound, in sandwiches, and in entrées, like our Brisket or Smoked Sausage Pizza. We smoke brisket, baby back ribs, pork for our pulled pork, turkey breast, sausages made in house, short ribs, and chicken.
