Here at Johnny B’s we believe in making everything we can to order. We don’t have warming lights or a microwave. Even our bacon is cooked on the grill when you order it. Our fries come straight from the fryer to your tray. Our burgers never touch the grill until your order comes back to the kitchen. We don’t partially cook then reheat, we don’t sit it in a warmer; we cook it and serve hot off the grill.
Willie and Amanda Lusk reopened the store on November 5, 2014 after being closed for over 4 years. This time around they have concentrated on a smaller menu. This allows for a more consistent product done quicker.
We hope you and your family enjoy your visit. Our goal here at Johnny B’s is for every visit to be perfect.
P.S. We would like to apologize in advance if you hear some off key singing coming from the kitchen. Willie does like to sing to the oldies and sadly, he would never make it on the Voice. Also, beware you may catch us dancing from time to time also!
